When full-arch planning helps

Full-arch implant care is for people who are missing most or all teeth in an arch, or whose remaining teeth cannot be predictably saved. Instead of a traditional denture alone, implants can help anchor a bridge or denture so eating and speaking feel more secure.

Your plan depends on bone volume, gum health, medical history and what you want from the final teeth. There is no one-size-fits-all number of implants or timeline.

Evaluation comes first

We start with a conversation and a thorough exam. Dental images help us see bone and nearby structures. Your evaluation and imaging determine the plan — including whether grafting, staged treatment or another approach is needed.

We do not publish package prices online because every case is different. After your consult, you will understand recommended options and next steps before any treatment begins.

The general path

How full-arch treatment usually unfolds

  1. Consult and imaging

Goals, health history, exam and dental images to study the jaw and remaining teeth.

  2. Personalized plan

We explain implant positions, any preparatory steps, provisional teeth when indicated, and healing expectations.

  3. Placement and healing

Implants are placed with local anesthetic; sedation may be discussed if you feel nervous and qualify.

  4. Final teeth

After healing, your final bridge or denture is fitted for comfort, function and appearance.

Some patients need extractions, bone support or a temporary prosthesis along the way. Your written plan will spell this out.

Comfort during longer visits

Full-arch visits can take more time than a single-tooth appointment. If dental care makes you anxious, ask about our sedation dentistry options. Choices are based on your health history and the procedure.
